Although a few parts such as rope and glass can be bought as ‘after market’ spares, the majority of components need to be supplied by the manufacturer. The availability of spare parts is a very important consideration when we are deciding which brands to sell. The majority of our range comes direct from well-established manufacturers and therefore spare parts are readily available.
For example, some of our suppliers have spare parts for models of stoves over 30 years old.
